Check tracking first
- Conversion tag firing correctly
- Conversion action set to Primary
- Import from GA4 if you use it
- Test with a real conversion
Landing & targeting
- Landing page loads fast and matches ad promise
- Form or CTA is visible and clear
- Keywords match search intent
- Exclude irrelevant audiences or locations
